Glen Novinger, President Novinger Resources, Inc. After receiving an M.A. from American University, Glen Novinger began his career in international banking. He worked for ten years in Dubai, Latin America and Canada. He then founded Novinger Resources, Inc. in 1973 to engage in real estate investment and development in the U.S. and has pursued these activities continuously since that date. Novinger Resources, Inc. functions as the operating company of the Novinger Resources Group and manages the property holdings and mortgage investment activities of its subsidiary companies.

Tracy Novinger, Co-Owner Novinger Resources, Inc. Tracy Novinger holds an M.A. in Communications. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. She was born in the Caribbean, went to school in Brazil, and lived and worked for nine years in Tahiti, where she was also a registered translator under oath for the Courts of French Polynesia. She has extensive international business and business management experience. Tracy Novinger is a real estate broker with over 25 years of experience in the valuation and analysis of real estate income properties, as well the origination and servicing of a private loan portfolio. She is a past Realtor instructor in contracts, finance and ethics.
